The National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) announces the number of voters registered for the 2011 By-Election, held in selected constituencies where results from the 2010 General Election were contested or where re-elections were ordered.

By-elections are held in specific constituencies when the original election result is annulled, a seat becomes vacant, or a re-election is ordered by the National Election Board. NEBE conducted voter registration exercises in the relevant constituencies prior to the by-election date.
